PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your filming date.

The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the filming date.

Your filming date is officially reserved once the deposit has been received.

RESCHEDULING

One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Additional rescheduling may require a new booking or fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in the loss of the reserved session.

TURNAROUND

Standard turnaround begins after filming is completed and all necessary brand materials, logos, photos, information, or other requested assets have been received.

Delivery timelines may vary for larger productions or projects requiring additional revisions.

REVISIONS

Each package includes the revisions specifically listed in the package.

Additional revisions or significant changes outside the original scope may be billed separately.

TRAVEL

Travel outside the standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.

Any applicable travel fee will be communicated before booking.
